SMS Messaging Program
Program name: Lumen Account Verification
Program description: When you register a mobile phone number for multi-factor authentication (MFA) on a Lumen platform, you agree to receive text messages from Lumen containing one-time verification codes and account security notifications. These messages are transactional only; we do not send marketing messages through this program.
- Opt-in: You opt in by entering your mobile number and confirming it when setting up multi-factor authentication.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your sign-in and account activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will need to use another authentication method to sign in. To resume messages, reply START or re-register your number.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@lumenrisk.com or 888-453-1179.
- Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
